Are you interested in joining the team?

We are for 8th through 12th grade students that may have interests in programming, engineering, marketing, business, and more! We are located in Robotics Lab between the STEM and AG classrooms.

Reach out to us at whitefordrobotics6570@gmail.com and we'd be happy to give you details or answer any questions you may have. Our schedule is flexible and we try to accommodate students in multiple activities.

Why should you join?

Besides having a lot of fun and meeting new people, you can try experiences in many areas that may help you prepare for life after High School such as Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, Marketing, Communications, Programming, Coding, and more. Try your hand at one or many fields and see what fits!

As a member of a FIRST Robotics Team, you will have opportunities for scholarships including from our team, scholarships provided by many colleges specially for students on an FRC team, and scholarships provided by FIRST to name a few. Click here for more details on our scholarship program.

2027 Information

Parent/Student Meeting September 30th, 6:00 - 8:30

The parent portion will be approximately 6-7:00 pm and cover the whole year of Robotics including competition information, practice schedules, and more. Students are encouraged to attend the parent portion as well. Immediately following is the introduction for our 2027 fundraising. Participation in this allows students to eliminate activity fees (typically $300) that cover their costs for competition hotels, food, and even team swag. Parents are welcome to attend the whole meeting and learn what their students will be doing this year in Robotics.

Preseason starts September 30th!

Wednesdays 6:00 - 8:30 -- Final practice, November 18th.

Register your student on the FIRST website HERE! <- Click! This must be done every year. If this is your first time, feel free to check out this guide to registering students on the FIRST website.

In order to compete, we are required to provide two volunteers at each competition. If you're interested and available, check out this link for the signup page and email us to let us know!

The team utilizes the BAND app for communications and schedules. Please download the app below. You can reach out to a current team member for the invitation code or contact whitefordrobotics6570@gmail.com.
